John has got all the material and has cut everything out. Now we just need to sew it all up. John to get wonder Under for the material.
The first session to do this is Jan 17 At John house. Starting at 12PM Noon.
The Second session to do this is Feb 21 At John house. Starting at 12PM Noon.
The Third session, if needed, to do this is March 20 At John house. Starting at 12PM Noon.
Please bring an Iron or a sewing machine. I will have tables set up to sew.

Discussed The Recruitment Contest.
We are a house of Vampires, Some are Klingon, some are not. So when you recruit let them know we are not just Klingons.
The contest runs from now to the end of Starfest. You will be able to recruit at the con, and it is encouraged.
The contest is simple. The member, who recruits the most members between now, and the end of Starfest, gets 2 free Tickets to The Denver Zoo. Simple, now go out and get members to join. If you live outside the Denver area I will have an alternate prize to give.

Discussed the Con Table.
We will be having a table at the con. Now is the time to sign up. We will be doing 2 hour sessions. The table will run from 5PM-9PM on Friday, 10AM-6PM Saturday and 10AM-5PM Sunday. We are going to need help setting up the Table Friday at 12 Noon on Friday, and taking it down at 5PM on Sunday. If you man the Table you will get 5 Points for each Hour manning the table. If you Man it in Costume You will receive 5 Additional Points for each hour.
As you can see this is a great opportunity for you to get points. I will be sending out an email on points next week.
John will be brining the House Weapons rack for display.
We will be running a Scavenger Hunt again for this con. Proceeds go to adoption of our Mascot, the "Vampire Bats" at the Denver Zoo.
Shantell will be talking to the con people to see if we can get a section on the flyer or maybe in the program book. John will be supplying prizes. If you have a donation contact John Mystic_Vampyr@Warpdomain.com
