1. Klingon Feast
1. Need volunteers to bring food.

                                                               i.      Hot dogs 80 count – Peter .

                                                             ii.      Hot dog buns – ??

                                                            iii.      2 bags of chips - ??

                                                            iv.      M+M’s Big bag of Plian and Peanut - ??

                                                              v.      Veggie Tray - ??

                                                            vi.      Condiments – John

                                                           vii.      Any dish you wish to bring – Just let us know what it is.

                                                         viii.      John will be bring jello molds, and Halloween candy.

2. Web Site hosting is moving to a new Web hosting service.
3. Need a work meeting at john’s house Oct 14.
4. Members Package for next year.
5. Laser Quest was a blast.
1. Dakota was in the top 10 twice.
2. Little John Was number 1 in the first game.
3. Everyone had fun.
4. Council would like to see more participation from the members to events like this.
6. Club meetings are moving starting next month.
1. We have decide to move the Meeting to be when the conventions are so that we can get more attendance.

                                                               i.      Saturday Oct 28 7Pm in Suite 531 at MileHiCon

                                                             ii.      Saturday Jan 20 @ Noon at Boondocks. Laser tag to follow.

                                                            iii.      Saturday April 20 @ Noon in the Atrium bar at Starfest.   

                                                            iv.      Saturday July 21 @ 11 am at Village inn next to Laser Quest. Laser tag to follow.

                                                              v.      Saturday Oct  27 or when ever MileHiCon is in 2007
