John handed out TE Fleet High Achievement awards to IKS Mystic VamPyr members – congratulations.

A majority vote ruled in favor of leaving the Empire Site. This will be delayed for 3 months. jorDe’ I need to understand how you will represent HV on TE.
Nichole was elected / volunteered for Communications officer. We should talk about your duties.
Peter would like club members to remember to pay their dues if you have not already done so
Jen claims to always be right. We need to vote on this..
The name of the club has been changed from House Vampyr to “ Johns Harem” This failed by a vote.. Very funny Rose..
Please send an updated picture of yourself in costume to John in a zip file so he may update the website. .. I cannot get them off of facebook or anywhere else, I need you to send them to me.
New products from D'nuoPs Depot are now on sale on the club website
Assignments: Need people to step up and fill these and do the work.
Security Office: Abby Wallace – We need to discuss your responsibilities.
Communications: We still need to fill this.
Treasury Officer: D'lara
Recruitment (Table) Officer: We still need to fill this. I am considering not having a table anymore unless someone steps up for this.
Procurement (Member Package) Officer: We still need to fill this
Navigation(Events) Officer: We still need to fill this
